Classic japes for your friends!

Adds:

• The Paper Ball
  • Created by folding (using) paper, and can be unfolded by sneak+using.
  • Can be thrown by using, drops on contact (players with an empty hand will "catch" it)
  • Obscures the anvil name of the paper that was folded (can be used to "pass notes")
• Buggy - Interact with this block while other players are nearby to briefly gain a combat advantage!
• Taunting Sign - Rename paper "kick me" to obtain this sign! Can be equipped on others, negates armor.
• Shoelace Tying - Sneak-interact with someone's feet to unheel their shoe or tie their laces. Disarm by looking down.
• Skyhook - An extremely useful item that is definitely crafted by leashing a wind charge. Definitely.
• The Game - Lets you know when you've losed the game due to a chat message.
